When my partner and I stayed at this hotel, we were delighted with its location on Hasenheide in the vibrant Kreuzberg area. Being close to an underground station made exploring the city a breeze. The room was spacious and clean, with a nice bathroom. The friendly staff provided excellent service, and the breakfast was delicious, setting us up for the day ahead. We were also pleased with the peacefulness of the area at night.
We did notice the absence of a minibar in the room, which would have been a convenient addition.

This hotel is located on a busy street, which is a plus point because it's conveniently close to the metro station. The rooms offer a nice view and have excellent showers with nice bathrooms. The breakfast includes perfect fresh bread and offers many choices, making it a delightful start to the day.
All was fine, nothing in particular that needs improvement.

The staff was helpful and allowed me to check in early. The room was basic but comfortable with good WiFi and a nice bathroom. The hotel is located very close to an U-Bahn station, making transportation easy. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of options.

The staff at the hotel were helpful and accommodating, from helping me make restaurant reservations to providing information on public transportation. The parking options were also great, with a free parking area behind the hotel and a nearby parking garage for those who prefer a more secure location. The room was spacious and comfortable, perfect for my business trip.
The lack of tea/coffee facilities in the room. It would have been nice to have a hot beverage option available without having to go down to the breakfast area.
